Frosting glass blocks.

Frosting glass blocks, for night lights for our granddaughter's.

After frosting the glass I had the vinyl cut out and I accidentally put it on upside down.  While taking off the vinyl it left residue.  I went to wash off the residue and along came off the frosted paint.  Found out that the paint does not adhere to the glass since it is a porous material.  After some research I found I can paint it frosted then use a sealer to protect it.

Here is what I ended up using.  I did two coats of the frosted glass letting each one sit for 24 hours. Then I did two coats of the matte finish again letting sit for 24 hours between coats.
