Zombie Onesis

Our nephew and his wife are expecting their first child later in the year.  They had some zombie items at their wedding so when my husband and I seen this design we thought it would be wonderful to make for them.   I did an offset and I just love how this turned out.  Not the best photo, I have better and will post when I can.

Super Mom Cup

I have a daughter and a son and they both are serving in the U. S. Navy.  My daughter will be celebrating her first mother's day and I wanted to make her something.  I seen on Pinterest some cool cups and I followed the link to All things thrifty and this was the cutest and coolest gift for my daughter.  Here is the link:

When I first did this cup, I actually cut the center of the heart and around the S out so you could see through it but, it just did not look good.  I went and got another cup from the Dollar Tree and made another one.  This time I just laid the S right over the heart.  I also did an offset and had two colors on the cups it was not as stressful and hard to do as I thought it was going to be.  I am so excited for my daughter to see this.

Baby Onesie

A friend that was in boot camp with my daughter has a little boy, that will be turning one next month. I have seen a design I want to put on a shirt for him for some time.  I finally knocked it out and I am so thrilled how it turned out. Cannot wait to get it in the mail.

Mother's Day Card

I really wanted to make a cute card for my mom for Mother's Day.  Just was not ready for a cascade or anything that was hard.  I do not do scrap books and I get frustrated trying to do fancy cards. So I just downloaded this really easy card that was pretty but, easy to do.  I also seen on the blog below how to make a pen holder for my silhouette.  So I not only made a nice card for my mom but, I used the silhouette to write my message it came out pretty cool. Check out the blog for instructions on how to do this.

Easter Decorations

Yes, I know it is past Easter but, I just thought since I made an Easter card for practice that I would try to make some Easter decorations that I found at the Silhouette store.  I did not realize that when I cut it out I would have a two and a three egg holder.  I only needed to pick which one I wanted and then just cut that size out but, I cut both.  Below is the first one I did that was the three hole egg holder.  It was so cool that all I had to do was cut and put it together. It took me a little bit to figure out how to do the bow but, I really like how this looks.

Then,  I did not want to waste the cut out for the two hole egg holder so I went ahead and made a basket for that one.  I had larger plastic eggs so they fit just right. I really love these little baskets.
Someone on a Facebook group asked if the basket would hold Cadbury eggs I checked and the would not but, I thought it should be pretty easy to make it where it would hold the Cadbury eggs.  So I opened up my Silhouette and the basket pattern I erased the two holes and I then took my oval tool and put in 6 ovals and made the insert to hold Cadbury eggs.  Lucky for me, my husband had some Cadbury eggs so that I could test it out.  So love that I made these with scrap paper and I did not get frustrated at all.

Little Happy Bag

I wanted to make a little something for my friend who is also my yoga instructor and has helped me a lot.  So I found this cute little bag at Michael's and then I just cut out the design using silhouette flocked heat transfer material.  It did not take me long at all to do this then I put in same bottles from Bath and Body works.

Car Window Decals

So I decided to make a decal for my car window.  I used red vinyl and Curlz MT font.  I cut out the name G-Ma.  I liked how it turned out.
From there I added a Tinker Bell on white vinyl. I put it on the back window in the corner.

Easter Card

So I am not one to do cards and paper crafts.  For one I am not very good at it and I am not creative enough to come up with my own designs.  But, I seen all these pretty cards that others were making.  Then I found out that many purchased them from the Silhouette store.

My first card was rather an easy one I just had to purchase it then cut and glue how hard could that be. Below is an Easter Card I purchased and cut out and glued it was so simple and came out so pretty. This was done with scrap paper.  I took the part of the egg that was cut out and glued it to the back of the card to make it stronger.  I love the detail of this.
